Would take this guy in a heartbeat… seems like a tough kid after hearing about the stuff where he kept playing with two broken hands.
@notaburner thank you as always for the info. Any other targets you have heard about us pursuing other than Stilwell, Sutton, or Campbell? Thanks!Friday Roster Update:
I am now highly confident in saying that Mo, Dayton, Kuol, Jeff (Already Announced) and Jadon all will be in a Sooner uniform next year.
Miles's decision still looms in the air. If I had to guess? Portal, but wouldn't be surprised if he chooses to return.
Wait...so you're saying making the tournament might help with roster retention??Friday Roster Update:

Return with a paycut and 6th man role?Friday Roster Update:

I like campbell better than miles. I’m fine with duke portaling but we have to recruit over himReturn with a paycut and 6th man role?
Money reigns supreme but...... That, and the team having great off-court chemistry doesn't hurt at all.Wait...so you're saying making the tournament might help with roster retention??
I think it would just potentially be two years. It seems like the new JUCO rule (which could change by a year from now) is that you get five years of eligibility starting from the first year of JUCO, but JUCO years don't count toward the four years of play for purposes of the four-in-five rule.I didn't realize that Campbell was an Oklahoma boy. Looks like he's from Muskogee. Also, it looks like he was a juco kid as well, so would possibly have 3 years of potential elgibility?? I would take him in a hearbeat as well. You can never have too many quality guards. He doesn't shoot a lot of 3's so it looks like he gets a lot of his buckets off the dribble, which is always nice to have guys who can create.
Was about to say this too. Even if you play 2 years of JuCo, you are still only given one extra year of eligibility. For now, anywaysI think it would just potentially be two years. Huge news on Jadon Jones...considering he was portaling about a month ago...
Glad to hear we are finally figuring out the money. Ridiculous it took this long!Money reigns supreme but...... That, and the team having great off-court chemistry doesn't hurt at all.
