There is still a recruiting aspect. Fit still matters to some. I don’t think every kid is highest bidder. I think majority are though.

We aren’t blue blood money so in that aspect we are behind but I know for a fact we talked to Mack in the portal last cycle. Call it tampering? Sure. But everyone is doing it.

1 week is enough for a garbage South Carolina program to be KU and UK for a top transfer. If they are able to get money for that level of a transfer, and OU isn't, then it will be another long offseason. We shall see. if we are in the same boat by next week, then I will feel far more justified in my pessimism with regards to the progress/stagnation of the men's basketball program.

Jones sounds like my kind of player.

I have always wanted to know who coaches would take if they could have any pkayers they wanted. You could really know how good a coaches eye for talent is. But a million factors come into play, now mostly money

I am still waffling on what positions are most important. I guess the answer would depend on which if any players take a step forward in their development, whether blair plays basketball, and how good the freshmen are good enough

Replacing fears won’t be easy. Moore’s leadership will be missed. Do we know what miles is doing

Terrible defender. Very good offensive player.

How so? OU has been eliminated for a week. Plenty of time to get a couple portal guys in. South Carolina is not some NIL power, and they have had a couple top guys in.

Name-calling doesn't change the fact OU moves too slow in EVERYTHING, and is very reactive.

You know most of the teams getting people didn't make the tourney. South Carolina got knocked out of the sec tourney and had an extra week to work on the portal.

Shout out to Milos Uzan. Dude looks like a certified pro. Last year he looked like a mid major player. Wonder what’s the difference????
