Transfer Portal 2025

Yeah I'm aware. Did he play Bama-like teams every week? No? I am just saying a player like this has a high chance of being wayyy overrated and wayyy to expensive for the league he's coming from
Sure, just go pick good players off good power conference teams. That’ll be cheap.

You know most of the teams getting people didn't make the tourney. South Carolina got knocked out of the sec tourney and had an extra week to work on the portal.
Shout out to Otega Oweh. Last year he got benched! Down the stretch. This year he’s All conference. Wonder why?

There is still a recruiting aspect. Fit still matters to some. I don’t think every kid is highest bidder. I think majority are though.

We aren’t blue blood money so in that aspect we are behind but I know for a fact we talked to Mack in the portal last cycle. Call it tampering? Sure. But everyone is doing it.
I’m glad OU made it to the tournament for two reasons. Reason number 1, I’m an OU fan and going to root for them regardless. Reason number 2, when OU was playing poorly and projected to be out of the tournament, you went in a hole. Now you’re back to being the fake insider.

You must have recreated the culture wall in your locker room. He better get out there and start shaking hands with donors. Word on the street from his staff is he thinks that’s not his job. It’s Joe C’s…..

Shout out to Milos Uzan. Dude looks like a certified pro. Last year he looked like a mid major player. Wonder what’s the difference????
It's a good thing we ended up with a better PG in the end. It worked out for both parties.

Jeez. Sorry I had games 5 days a week. Ou has never really been projected out! I checked in saying I was dejected and beat or something like that:

Never once called myself an insider. Just happen to be feed some info time to time.

No reason for the explanation. We appreciate your info and look forward to some good news during the coming weeks!

What’s your argument? That good players can’t come from small conferences?
Essentially just don't rush out there 1st week of the bribery portal to overpay for a guy bc he dropped 40 on Bama once and otherwise played in whatever conference UND plays in..

And players who look better playing next to better players.
THat's the biggest key. A few on here are acting as if Los or Oweh or any other player wouldn't simply improve as their game matures and they continue to work on their craft. That's so ridiculous to me. Los is playing better the last couple of months, but it's not like he is twice the player he was here...that's ridiculous. Heck he had a whole 6 points today, and overall his stats are either flat to marginally more. He shot horrible last year. He's simply shooting like he did his freshman year. I guess Porter coached him harder his freshman year. His defense is def better, but in the end...he's likely not an NBA player and will go overseas and there's nothing wrong with that.

Oweh is simply playing he like he did at the beginning of last year. He started off last season very strong and was averaging 15 ppg in non-con last year, then all of the sudden the Big 12 starts and he forgets how to dribble or make lay-ups. Then you had Soares playing lights out, so Porter made the switch...like he should have in that situation. I guess Pope has really been working hard with him on his dribbling and lay-ups...

He did make a turn. Proud of him: I’m pulling for him and Houston to win it all.
Running into a freaking buzzsaw man. I just don't see how they can beat Duke with the tallest player on Houston being 6'8. It's going to take a Villanova like shooting clinic for them to beat Duke.
