Travis Ford NCAA violation at the state tournament

It is an observational period so the coaches can watch but can't be near the players. They can't be near the sideline or basket. They are required to sit up the stands like an average fan. OU did this at the state tournament and Travis was down by the basket and the bench. This is against the rules. Hopefully the Sooners will turn him in to the NCAA.

If it is a violation the NCAA should enforce it. If they are not going to enforce against everyone, it should not be a violation.
