Obviously a chunk of these are a part of the 24 hours of college basketball opening week for ESPN, but there looks to be some really good matchups:
  • Oregon/Baylor
  • Maryland/Georgetown
  • Kentucky/Michigan State
  • Wisconsin/Creighton
  • Duke/Kansas

One I forgot to add is actually tonight at 11pm.....San Diego State at Gonzaga.

When do the games start Tuesday?

The 24 hours of basketball has already started....Albany at Cincinnati is on now.

Nova is up 6 on Purdue right now midway through the 2nd half. The game is on the Big 10 Network.

Baylor/Oregon is an afternoon tip tomorrow. The other games tomorrow are e early evening (6 pm or 7pm tip) games while KU/Duke is an 8:30 tip.

I know it's not Tuesday but how in the heck is will forte still in school?

Not Tuesday but UCONN is off to a rough start, 0-2 losing to Wagner and Northeastern

I believe there's a good chance Kevin Ollie goes down as the worst coach to ever win a national championship.

It is tough on the retinas to watch UConn play basketball. Just junk.

Watched Oregon and Baylor play, and Baylor easily handled them 66-49. Oregon still without their best player, Dillon Brooks, and the game was in Waco. Baylor killed them in the post. I know OU and Oregon played that secret game in Vegas and it was close.

It's also my first chance to see Peyton Pritchard play. He didnt do anything spectacular, but he is solid. He played 23 minutes and had 3 points, 4 assists, 1 steal, and 2 turnovers on 1-6 shooting including 0-3 from beyond the arc.

Oregon was presently ranked 4th!

Wow georgetown just blew a 7 point lead at home to Maryland in the final minute and lost by 1, not sure Thompson can recover from this

I was actually trying to disagree with you, but I couldn't come up with a better candidate...at least since I've been following college hoops from the '70s on. I would say the worst ones to win it were probably Valvano and Harrick...and they were light years ahead of Ollie.

As for John Thompson Jr, those NCAA Tournament failures will come back to bite you if you have a couple of down seasons. If things don't turn around for G-town, I think this will be his last year running the show.

If he weren't a legacy, he would already be gone.

impressive players in the KU Duke game.
Good win for KU and Big 12

Defense is lacking down the wire.

And Duke loses. Sweet!

I thought Kansas played phenomenal defense until the end, but Graham was cramping and Lucas & Jackson fouled out.

For a huge game I thought the officials called it about as tight as possible, tons of loose ball fouls that weren't even fouls.

Feels like Graham and Mason have been there forever.

Probably how the rest of the Big XII felt about Buddy & Isaiah
