It's not easy to find a positive in a 31 point loss, but there were definitely two who are worthy of special mention: Tiny Gallon and Tony Crocker. Both played their hearts out!

Tiny finished the game with 17 points and 5 rebounds. He was the catalyst in OU's run to begin the first half, and the only answer we had in containing Baylor's bigs. Baylor's huge run didn't start until Tiny had to sit after picking up his second foul. When he returned, the damage had already been done.

Tony was the only other bright spot. He scored 16 points on 6 of 11 shooting (3-6 from three) and finished with 2 rebounds and 5 assists, while doing his best to defend two unusually long and athletic 6' 10" players in Udoh and Jones.

No matter what you think of OU's performance in yesterday's game, Tiny and Tony deserve our utmost respect and gratitude! :clap

It's really too bad this year is not going to be the kind of year Tony should have as a senior. He deserved better.

Exactly Ada. The big run that flipped the game around began when Tiny picked up his second foul and intensified when Crocker picked up his second and we switched to zone.

They both ended up with 3 fouls for the game. 2 left. Capel has to start taking more risks playing people with fouls. We don't have the depth to take anybody out and stay with a good team.

Congrats Tiny and Tony. I agree thatTony deserves a better season. He had my respect the moment he honored his committment. He wanted to wear the OU on the jersey and not just his name.

Tiny is a contributer and going to be very special before long.
