PCW and PC are playing in the regionals next Friday at I'm assuming Putnam City since they're the higher seed.

That will be a nice chance to see Neal play against some pretty good competition. Also get to see junior Dominique Rainey.

AS a PCO grad, it saddens me to say that PC West has owened them this year. I believe they are 3-0 against PCO, and Neal has been the main reasons why. IMO, the kid is a must get for OU!

If Neal is that good, then let's get him. Can he guard these Big12 fours, in my opinion the most athletic fours in the nation, and most of them are coming back? Get both him and Raney and I feel confident about establishing a good base in Oklahoma. We need to lock up Oklahoma and Border state recruits first. Oklahoma recruits are why we had success when you look at Blake, Taylor, Crock(Lawton) and AJ, a guy who is from bordering Amarillo. This may sound cliche, but I think those guys know what it means to be a Sooner. I think Cam and TJ will know that.

Problem may be that Oklahoma will see a drop off in talent that we've had over teh last 15plus years. But if Neal is a sleeper, then let's give him a shot. All of the "experts" said Godbold and Griffin were reaches, but they've been great, great, Sooners. I think Fields will be that guy that will be the one that we'll look back at and say why didn't we get him. I remember him making plays at that shootout and he was matched up with Goff on the main court. He outplayed Goff IMO. I remember him sneaking a peak at Capel everytime he made a good play. I thought he was a Junior or Sophomore because he was really young.

Yeah, and what sucks for PC West is to be matched up with them as the lower seed because a kid was ineligible last year so they punish them this year (at least I think that's the story).

It's tough to beat a team 4 straight times.

Game will be at Edmond Memorial Friday at 6:30 according to OSSAA's official website.
