Visit tomorrow?

PS - He reminds me of Buford and Cam Clark a bit. Super athleticism, solid all around player, but not a guy who's going to take over a team. Solid numbers across the board though.

After watching his highlight videos, I like this kid. I like him a lot.

Unfortunately, he fractured his tibia in August, so I'm not sure how long he'll be out.

Looks like he's already visited Oregon. Tweeted a while back his Final Four were Oregon, Houston and LSU.

+ 1

According to 247 sports, the answer to pnkranger's question is, yes. Even better, he has already visited the other schools on his offer list. Oregon is said to lead for his services, but OU has the distance edge, so maybe we'll win one this time.

I really like what I see in the highlight video. This kid does a lot of things well. He's a superb athlete with impressive hops and offensive skills galore.

Assuming the visit 247 sports is reporting is still on for this weekend, I'm ready for some good news for a change.

He's retweeting my stuff about the reports of him visiting. And had been tweeting some stuff about Oklahoma earlier in the week, so it sounds legit.

He tweeted this two days ago about it being homecoming at Oklahoma this weekend.

That tibia injury though. Is their a doctor in the house? How long is recovery on something like that?

After watching the second highlight video OUHoops posted, I know who James reminds me of: WWIII. They were both listed at a solid 6'4" in high school. But, mostly he reminds me of Willie because he plays with a lot of confidence, enthusiasm and flair. He even gets that taunting look on occasion. I could see him posturizing a defender at some point, and then standing over him and getting a T. Kruger wouldn't like it, but it might be worth the admission.

Found an in depth article on injuries to the tibia. Looks like the treatment and recovery time depends on the type of fracture:

Are you saying we are in his top 4?

I like his game and definitely doesn't lack talent. I probably would love his game if he didn't stare down an opponent after making a shot or just stand there after every dunk.

I think James commits this weekend.

I like your optimism. You're saying OU has already decided James is the best backup plan for losing Shake. He very well may be. He's more of a wing than a PG. Maybe he would eventually take Buddy's place.

Crystal Ball has him 90% to Oregon and 10% OU. He and Lattin must be really good buddies.
