Nowhere on that shirt is there anything about wins, any kind of W-L record, or who they have beaten. It's simply about trying to drum up some attention and an increase in fans for the best dunker in college basketball.

I don't even think (but may be wrong) that the University is doing this, it's a 3rd party. Note how the shirts don't have anything about Oklahoma State or any kind of Oklahoma State logo on them.

You mean the Brown dunk that was top SC top 10 and one of the best college dunks of the year done in a win against the #2 team in the nation at the time was more FAIL than being a Deadspin qualifying premature that caused you to lose at home to Iowa St.?

The dunk itself was great, but showboating yourself into a SECOND technical afterwards is completely stupid. Take off your orange colored glasses, and go find someone that disagrees with that position and then get back to me.
