JB is also a 40% shooter (26 of 65) from three. He just needs to take more shots. Maybe he’ll do that playing off of the ball.

Spoke to his dad once. Mid year. Said he’ll be ready to step up that scoring next year. Job now is to defer to upperclassmen. Wants to get more confident

I really like Jalen too. He’s a 6’ 7” wing who doesn’t appear to have many weaknesses. He can score in a variety of ways, including from three point range where he averaged 46% his senior season. His coach said he might be the best on-ball defender he has ever seen. He was named the state “Gatorade Player of the Year” in Nevada this season. I think there’s a very good chance we got a steal with this kid. He picked OU out of sixteen offers.
