Convince me on Bob Hoffman, Nick. He hasn't won at Mercer. I like the guy but if we just go with a program hire, I think Evans is the better choice. I'm willing to be convinced, though.

It's more of the rest of the choices not being all that good. Plus Bob Hoffman's won at a lot of different levels. Mercer is a tough place to win.
