He seems fairly athletic, but has done nothing to WOW me so far. His shot doesn't seem great, he hasn't shown any agressiveness on the offensive end, and he weighs less than Victoria's Secret supermodel. Some may say he is just a freshman, but I have seen dozens of frosh this year that are more impactful on their teams(and their teams have WAY more talent than we do). I am not doggin him, just don't see why everybody on these boards think he is so good? He seems like a kid that might blossom as a soph or junior.

We're high on him cause he's talented. Thought he would be a lot more aggressive in terms of his offensive game but it's obvious right now he has a ways to go to make a significant impact at this level. So yeah I would say at this point most everyone thinks he is a kid that is going to take a year or 2 before coming on big.

I was very high on him. But then again, so was KU,UK, OSU, Marquette, and Arizona. I'm suprised at how he lacks agression.

I had high hopes myself, but he seems to be about as aggressive on offense as I would be starting for the Thunder. I had hoped by this point in the season, he would have realized there is no need to be shy. Any offense would be appreciated. Surely his offense is better than he has shown. Attack the basket, kid! I love Cade Davis, but when he is our best offensive threat, we aren't winning many games. I am more impressed with Neal right now. He seems to look for his shot a little more.

Clark has a ton of natural talent with his jumping ability and has good quickness. Add in a sweet midrange jumper and he has the potential to be an All Big 12 performer by the time he's done at Oklahoma.

The problem is he's young and needs to add bulk to his frame. Add in that he hasn't been very assertive so far and with the way this team is playing he's getting lost in the shuffle on the offensive end. Based on early play vs Arkansas I thought he was going to be ready for a break out game of sorts . The slow start the team had to the second half combined with the intentional foul he got called for killed any chance of him gaining momentum from the game.

I really hope he finds his confidence soon along with being more involved and assertive on offense as he really could become a big offensive threat for this team. I at least hope to see progress this year for him to have a breakout sophomore year.

I knew nothing about him before seeing him play this year. I liked him the first game. Since then he's been horrible at best.

If somebody would have said in the offseason that Clark would average 5 points and 4 rebounds in 27 minutes a game, they would have been laughed off the board. I really thought he would be a double-digit guy on an awful team this year.

He also has 2 assists and 1 steal in 7 games.

But, this may be one of those things that we revisit in a couple of months and he is playing much better. At least I hope so....

If someone told me that Clark would be averaging 5pts 4 rebs and only had 2 ass and 1 steal in 7 games I would say that we would have a hard time winning 10 games.

I think Neal should be playing more than Clark right now. Neal impacts the game better than Clark.

There high on him because of his rival's ranking.. Most people say this means nothing but players who were rated high In HS more often that not ride that rating to the pro's.. And it's in both sports too like Gerald green & Joe McKnight

Because most posters on here put the cart before the horse. Just like all this TJ Taylor talk...

I had heard a lot of good things about him before the season started. In the first game he was better than I thought in almost all areas. He was knocking down threes, which surprised me and he was crashing the boards and blocking shots.

He still seems to be rebounding and blocking shots, he just hasn't found his niche in our offense yet.

not sure...i havent seen anything that resembles the type of player fans on here said he would be...

But the kid is young, and i'm afraid we were putting too much on this kid before he had a chance to do anything...he obviously isnt in the WW/Blake/TMG or Tiny mold where he can come right in and be one of the best players on the court...i do think he will be a solid guy for us though, just not anything like he was hyped up to be...

KU and UK were high on his potential, but from what I understand their staffs also knew he was going to take a while to actually learn how to play. People who thought Clark was going to be an instant impact had a different opinion of some of the major staffs that were recruiting him.

Clark I believe will be very good in time, just not likely this year.

7 games in as a freshman isn't the time to proclaim a kid not any good or a bust. He'll be fine in time.

The first 10 games or so Clark didn't put up good numbers. But the last several games it's been a complete turn around for him and he's been one of our better players. It's been really good to see.
