Why isn't ISU getting recognition in the polls?

Personally, I think ISU is a top 20-30 team and deserves recognition in the polls. Last week they didn't get any votes. I don't get it. They are currently tied for 3rd in the Big XII with Baylor (Baylor has the tie breaker). There only bad conference loss was by 15 to Baylor in Waco. They lost a 2 point game to OSU in Stillwater so they are very close to being soley in 3rd place. They also swept KSU and KSU is getting votes.

The only thing this team has done wrong is lose some games early. If they get a low seed, I will pick them to upset some poeple in the NCAA tournament. I think they have a reasonable chance to make the Swett 16 depending on match ups.

Polls don't mean anything...they are currently slotted to be an 8 seed right now, ahead of KSU.

They are an extremely underrated team. I fully except them to take out Ohio State or Duke if they are lucky enough to draw those teams in a Round of 32 matchup.

the seem to live by the 3 the few times I have watched them. they will die by the 3

I agree but I think they have the potential to upset someone in the second round of the tournament. They will lose when they don't have a good night shooting from 3.

part of ISU problem is they do not have a good non conference win, and their best wins are at home to KU, KSU,and Texas and one good road win against KSU. They are at Mizzou, and home vs Baylor to finish the season, if they can win both those games than they could crack the top 25 going into the conference tournament.
