Why can't the men reduce their shot clock from 35 to 30? Would make games faster-paced and more exciting to watch.

Just like moving the 3 point line back was suppose to improve the inside game and the mid range game. How is that working out?

Unlike some fans, I actually can enjoy a slow paced game. I enjoy great defense. I enjoy watching a less athletic, less talented team take the air out of the ball in an attempt to beat a more talented opponent. If we keep changing the rules, the more talented teams will have such an advantage, upsets will be few and far between. I don't want to see that.

Seems we had 150pt games in the 1980s and early 90's by the top teams so I don't think new rules are needed. Maybe it is the talent.

The girls do not have a 10 second count in the backcourt which is why the shot clock is shorter
