Very worried about tomorrow's game.

I see Huggy getting his kids to play very physical against Trae while focusing on taking away his outlet passes. Much like the way TCU worked on taking away Brady Manek.

How do we overcome? Odomes, CJ, and Doolittle slashing more? Freeman and Manek shooting over the top?

I am interested to see coach Lon's plan and how effective we are in executing. This is a big test coming up.

Once you realize that all the worry in the world won't affect the outcome of a game one iota, it becomes much easier to be a fan. WVU is good, so is OU. It will be a good game.

On the road. At a really good WVU team. Sit back and enjoy. I'll go out on a limb and say we aren't going undefeated. Let's just see how we handle that press

I wonder how much Trae and Shepherd will play together tomorrow. Always good to have two point guards in the game against WVU.

It's going to be fun.

No need to worry not a critical game. Stay the course, improve, win your share and play your best ball at the end. That said, winning at WV goes a long way toward winning the league and a one seed.

Will probably need the ball handling of two guards....but Shep has really struggled the last two games..has he been sick?

Trae and Manek may be used to bring the ball up the court.....

Wvu is overrated, however I am worried they get us too. Wvu is designed to win rando games by imposing their style.. But screw it, OU wins. I don't bet against Trae.

Let's be honest. The team is not going 18-0 in the conference. We've already said that 13-5 and 12-6 are really good records and will give the team a chance to win the conference. So, truthfully, this is a game we (the fans, not the players) should not expect to win. So I'm not nervous at all. If I were putting money on the game, I'd bet on West Virginia. They're really good and they're at home. It would be a fantastic victory for OU should they get it. Kenpom has WVU with a 64% chance of winning. Sounds about right to me. I'll take a 36% chance and be happy.

The one we should be nervous about is West Virginia at home, or Texas Tech at home. To win the conference, those are the games we have to win. Winning at West Virginia is icing on the cake.

I think OU will win. I think Trae will crush their traps. Personally if I were playing OU I would focus on everyone but Trae Young. If he scores 40 so be it. If that is 40 with only 5 assists he accounts for the same number as points as 30 and 10.

Make the other guys beat you would be my strategy. It might not work but doubling him certainly didn't work for OSU. Trae's game against OSU was way better than his stats. He destroyed that trap all game long and it led to wide open shots on second passes.

My expectations are low, but my expectations were MUCH lower going into WVU last year.

Used great team passing to blow them out in Morgantown in 2016. Will require similar effort.

Lot depends on how the game is being called..if they let them play that favors WVU, if called close that favors OU imo.

While I think we will be in the game, my main concern tomorrow is rebounding. WV is a volume team and makes their living on offensive boards. If we can keep that matchup relatively in check, we will have a decent shot.

As always with WVU, the refs will dictate.

When WVU plays a good team, they just have their guys maul on every possession and hope the refs don't call it. Hopefully the fact that Trae Young is a superstar will get him the benefit of the doubt. If they let Huggins' big guards body into him 50 feet from the basket on every play, it's going to be tough to win.

Every time we play West Virginia I scream at the tv, "Guys are wide open, throw it up the court!" But having seen Trae Young play, I don't think I will have to worry about it. He gets the ball up the court better than anyone I've seen. Personally, I think we could be dunking on them the entire game.

This is my feeling too... I think we’re a team built to beat a trapping team like WVU... not saying we cannot lose, just believe it’s a good matchup for us. Now TTU is a team I see us not matching up very well or even Baylor with their length and that zone they play. Here’s to another top 10 road win! Boomer!

I sure hope the superstar effect happens too, but it sure didn’t seem to help against OSU as they mauled him on every possession.

We'll win unless we have a terrible shooting day. I expect us to get a lot of dunks and layups and some open shots. This is a guard heavy team that will be ready/built to handle this kind of pressure.
