By far from an unknown... had a good freshmen year at ORU.

He averaged about 5 points a game his freshman year. Just saying he would not have been pre season #7 in the country. These player rankings were from late in the season.

JC players worked out pretty well for Tubbs.

Good players used to not qualify, and had to go to JUCO. Everyone qualifies now. JUCO doesn't get good players anymore, so comparisons from 30, or even 15 years ago are not relevant.

Has OU set up a visit date for him, or is that still in the works?

I'll be some kind of pumped if our coaches can land "Big Mac!" I think he could be the piece we're missing to make a deep run in March.

They have been working on the grad transfers. Unfortunately all the other schools in the country are too.
We had to have another body and Ty has scored at the juco level. Hopefully it will transfer over to us.

Are we getting a visit from him? Before the NBA draft decision deadline (May25th)? I would guess if they aren't invited to the May 11-15 combine where 60-70 are usually invited, their chances of getting drafted aren't real high.
