2025 NCAA Tourney Bracketology

If the betting line is negative, it means:
  • The team or player is the favorite.
  • The negative number indicates how much you'd need to bet to win $100.
  • If the number is positive, you're looking at the underdog, and the number refers to the amount of money you'll win if you bet $100.
So, you'd need to bet $260 to win $100 on IU getting a bid because they're expected to. And, you'd win $550 if you bet $100 on UT because they're not expected to get a bid.
That's what I thought (though I didn't express it very well). Thanks!

I'm a native Carolinian (South). Dad cheered for Duke (basketball) and South Carolina (football). Bandwagoned one and suffered pain for the other, lol.

First team I remember watching...

I was 8-9 y/o. They were my introduction to basketball.

UAB did make it last year...."deserves it" was in comparison to Woodson, Terry, Miller, and Davis. I think Kennedy is better than at least 3 of them (Miller would be comparable or better). Just my opinion of course. Woodson is done, Terry is done, Hubert has a championship appearance but he's not a great HC.
Keep forgetting you're from SC. Man oh man. Besides Chucktown and Greenville there is a lot of NOTHING in SC. I despise Myrtle Beach.

I don’t think so.

Not really many Terry fans left
REALLY? Very shocking. Wish it was that way in football. Seems they found one with Sark and we crapped our pants with BV. Sigh.

Weird twist to BV.

If you told me duke in round 2 would have no Flagg. I would sign up for the cbs bracket right now

First off, I think he is playing. Second off, they have a great roster beyond him. Any one seed would murder us, so I do hope we end up as a 10. 11 wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.

Sadly... think this could put us as a 9 seed rather than the 10 line, but we shall see
The only 1 seeds that scare me are the SEC ones. Houston and Duke are beatable. I don't like us against any of the 2 seeds really even Michigan is better than they were when we beat them.

I don’t love OUs chances against any of the 1s or 2s. Or the zags for that matter. But duke with out Flagg is beatable.

Is there a different Duke, or are we talking about the one that is top 4 nationally in offense and defense and has the best player in America and multiple other first round picks and has lost one game in the last 100+ days?
