I agree. But on-court differences could help, but not when you lose to the team you're fighting against for her.
Need to beat Tennessee to show Jennie isn't in over her head in the SEC.

Coach (and anyone else that has coached):
Why do coaches let “foul trouble “ prevent them from playing a star player. Why nott pkay them as you normally would until they foul out.
It has always seemed to me you would get more minutes out of them as often you sit them and they take fouls to the post game locker room
I assume coaches want them at the end of the game.
Just wondering what the thinking is or experience is that usually has coaching choosing to limit the playing time

My thoughts are I save 3 fouls for the 2nd half. If the game starts trending in the wrong direction I’ll play them with 2 in the first half.
But hard to play them with 3 because you pick up that 4th. They have to sit a long long time

I’ll add, I did to give them a mental break. In my experience, only HS, the kid either really backs off, afraid to pick up that 3rd foul or almost over plays… so they are more careless.
Just my two cents.

Makes sense. I can certainly see the advantage of making sure they have 3 fouls to play with in the second half. Thanks for chiming in

I've been reading quite a bit of talk on other forums and articles that it's OU or UT for Chavez, UT fans seem to believe she's coming to Norman. Goodness, that would be so epic for this program (some say Tech is still in on her but i don't believe their program is good enough, or their staff). I believe she fits into JB's system perfectly and would elevate the team to a legit title contender. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed that she picks the Sooners!!
Does she turn the ball over at record rates? If not, she isn't a good fit for JB! Jkjk, kinda.
