I don't care how bad this team is, he's a legit Go to guy. His post game is miles better than it was last year. It's better than Tiny Gallon's post game. Add to that he can hit baseline jumpers from 15 to 18 ft, he would be the go to guy for a lot of teams.

If him, Bird, and Cam can all get going at the same time like they did against ORU, watch out. ***And yes, I am aware that it was only ORU...just saying lol***

We still don't know how Fitz would do in clutch situations.

I wish he was more physically aggressive with his game. Go to the basket, instead of straight up. It worries me that he doesn't dunk. I don't need it often or anything, but you can't deny that there's been moments this season where he should have just dunked the ball.

With that being said, I am more than impressed with his off season improvements. I can't wait to see what he becomes when he's a senior.

Funny thing is that he really did some good work at times last year. It was just lost in the shuffle with all the mess that was TMG, Tiny and WW.

I remember him showing up at Kansas and a few of the games down the stretch against good teams

Defense. Last year we couldn't play him because he was a huge liability. This year he's much improved. Against ORU, he was contesting a lot of shots.

As much as I like Fitz and admire him for the work he put in during the offseason to become a MUCH better player, he would not be THE go to guy on a good, NCAA Tourny caliber team.

I'm not sure he can just go up and dunk the ball in a crowded lane.

Stick him on most top 25 teams and he wouldn't be the go-to guy. JMO.

Does that matter? If he can score, make good decisions and defend nothing else matters, especially in college.
Of course not. Fitz is doing a hell of a job this year. As just a sophomore he's become the go to guy and leader by example (sans Cade) of this team.

I was just responding to the other poster's comments about him needing to dunk some of those layups.
