Andy Katz leaves OU out of his Preseason Top 25

I think OU is going to be a sweet 16 team. I really think OU is going to be better than people think.

Katz and Fran are high on Tulsa this year...

I'm high on Tulsa too. I like them and root for them. But OU is just better. The last two times OU/Tulsa played it was like Varsity vs JV. Udoh and Jordan are nice players, but Warren, Tiny and TMG are MAA's. The talent gap is just too big.

I would have OU ranked about 20-25 and Tulsa just outside the top 25. I hope they have a great year though.
