anyone in the know: Kelvin S. and Tom Crean

Back when Kelvin was at Oklahoma, he and Tom were very good friends. However, now that Crean's at IU, does anyone know if they still maintain their friendship? I saw where Crean ripped on one of Kelvin's former asst's. over the weekend for what went down at IU under Kelvin's watch, and I seem to remember Crean (in a round about way) refer to Kevin's time at IU in a negative light.

Just out of curiousity's sake, I'm wondering if they still get along, because I've heard Kelvin refer to Tom in the past as one of his best friends.

I don't know the answers to your questions but I would guess given the fact Crean wasn't ripping KS directly and instead choosing to blame it on an asst coach would suggest they still get along.

Crean was way, way out of line for confronting that assistant on Michigan and essentially blaming him for what happened 5-6 years ago. He deserves to at least be reprimanded by the Big 10.
