I sure am. After watching the Jayhawks wear down a fast and physical Gamecocks team last week, the place I wanted to be this week is OKC.

Who is going to the games today? Sure wish I was with you!

This game IS winnable. And I'll continue to believe that until the dream comes true.

I agree. I'm surprised that not many others seem to think so.

You bet I'm excited! If they play as well today as they did against UCLA they certainly can win this one. It will take a great effort by these kids but they've got it in them! :woot

If we show up, I think our chances are about fifty:fifty. Let's just not have one of those games where we disappear for ten minutes before halftime.

I think these teams are pretty well matched. The difference is that Tennessee has some people to put on the floor if their starters don't show up. They have a bit more depth. I think we have the two most explosive players. But, they have several players who can explode at times.

If Aaryn and Jo do well, we win. Neither can have an off day.

Yes, excited, winnable, have very few turnovers, aaryn and Jo must be shooting well. Keys to the game

Absolutely, I think we match up well, but will have to play solid on both ends of the floor, and the kids we count on must show up and play as they have the past three weeks. Can't wait for the tip.

I always want to feel we have a chance going into most games. i felt if things went right we had a chance. Unfortunately, so far, Tenn seems to be bigger, stronger, faster.

Things did NOT go right (too many turnovers early, too much good Tennessee defense, OU's shooters were frigid).

Both of our key players, Ellenberg & Jo, couldn't buy a 3.

Campbell is having a pretty good game, not getting much help.

Oh well, as already mentioned, we had to have everything go our way to have a chance...

Simmons was one of fifteen from the field. But, Tennessee had others that could score. Aaryn and Jo were eleven of thirty-eight, and we didn't really have anyone in the flow of the game. Sharane tried.

We were even with Tennessee on the boards. We only had three more turnovers, most of them late. Tennessee had more fouls.

We just shot 30% from the field, and 17% from three. We were shooting without any flow. We were trying to find a shot rather than working and letting the shots come to us. Tight? We were already down ten when Morgan went out, and we never develop flow with Jasmine.

At the end of the game, I kind of had the feeling that Sherri was playing for next year.

Considering all things, especially the injuries sustained this year, our women making it to the Sweet Sixteen is a pretty good year.
I sure wish that we could have Whitney and Jo back next year to go with our returning team.

Good season, ladies! You made your fans prOUd!

Don't you think some of that had to do with the play of Tenn? They were all over us and really took us out of our offense. They were long and athletic and when we did get looks we were rushing them and seemed to we waiting for one of them to get in the way. I lost track of how many shots we took with less than 10 seconds elapsed as well as how many we took without even one pass.
