Boy...a lot of emotion in the last 24 hours because this morning I thought we may get Buzz to now thinking he won't come. So, I don't want Jones from UNT or Pastner.

Marshall I think would be good.
Cuonzo Martin is Jeff Capel the 2nd because he's got so little experience.
The guy at VCU seems pretty good, but is he better than Capel?

I think you go with Terry Evans and call it a day.

Add Cuonzo Martin to the poll.

He doesn't have much experience as a HC (only his 3rd year) but he was an assistant at Purdue for 8 years under Keady and Painter. That experience alone at a big time program (especially with a great coach like Keady) i think makes him a better candidate for a bigger job then Capel. His Missouri State teams have also improved from 11-20 to 24-12 (CBI Champs) to 26-8 and a berth in the NIT this year.

I'm assuming Pastner is a no go so I think Cuonzo at this point wouldn't be a bad 6th or 7th (or whatever number we're at) option.

I'll be a little disappointed with just about everybody from that list.

I say that, but Tubby was probably my original number 1 or 2 guy. I'd still be okay with him, but I doubt it's a legit option.

Pastner, I wasn't for initially, but after watching his team live on Friday, I've warmed to the idea. Again, don't think it's very realistic, but he'll get some athletes in here, for sure.

I don't think the OD coach is a good fit for this part of the country.

I don't know anything about the Richmond coach. They've been good the last couple of years, but I don't know his story.

I really don't want Jones or Marshall. No particular reason, I just don't.

I wouldn't mind Shaka Smart, though I think it'd be hilarious given he is nearly a clone of our prior coach.

If we're going dumpster diving, I prefer Evans over a lot of others.

No to Cuonzo Martin.
