Posters need to stop using mean spirited adjectives to describe kids working their butts off trying to get better as a team and as individuals. Until a kid behaves in a manner that is unbecoming, all should be more tolerant and supportive.
There is a mindset of a minority of posters that like to make grandiose claims about the talent of a particular player, then they root for that player to continuously fail so that the poster may crow that he was correct, so that others see them as an expert. BIG ego problem.
