Big 12 play is Over!

I pose the question to the board today. Do you entering the tourney and not having to play conference play anymore helps our team? I do. Time for a fresh start. I do believe this team can recapture how we played earlier in the year that included a big win over Villanova and several others. Teams can talk about stopping Buddy all day long and playing the same defense like wvu. It's a different story though when you face him in person. If Buddy, Isaiah, and Jordan are hitting shots. It doesn't matter what defense you play against us. Really have to have big play from Ryan Spangler. His contribution will be huge. Khadeem just needs to make keep shooting that jumper and make his free throws. We know Walker will play, but if James can keep his confidence up. We will see what we saw the other night. God to get Dante back to playing the way he was. Forget about next year. This is a great time to grow for Christian and Dante. With that said. I think this team recaptures it's early to mid season success and makes a excellent run to the Great eight. After that I don't know. BOOMER SOONER BABY!

I've been thinking likes this for several weeks now. The Big 12 is a grind. Time for a change.

The problem with freshmen is usually confidence. They are uncertain about what they can do and are probably shooting not to miss.

Hopefully James can turn the corner there as he did against WV and that Buford can contribute. At this point he seems a little hesitant. He needs to blow through that.

I think it helps. Everyone in the Big 12 knows us so well and has figured out how to defend us. No one else really understands how tight they need to be on Hield. No one else really know our tendencies the way the Big 12 teams do. In a lot of ways, the team I'm least excited to see in our bracket is Texas because they know us and have beaten us.
