Not sure anyone lost more than Iowa State did. Pretty much all these guys are transfers or were backups last year. They have a couple of very highly rated freshman guards. They look very suspect in the paint.

PG: Donovan Jackson (6'2'' 175 - Senior)
Played in all 35 games as a backup to Monte Morris, coming off the bench to average 6.4 points and 1.2 assists ... shot 45.4 percent from behind the arc, connecting on 44-of-97 three-pointers to post the fourth-best 3-point field-goal percentage in a single season in school history. Rated as the top JUCO point guard nationally 2 years ago.

SG: Nick Babb (6'5'' 200 - RS Junior)
Played in all 35 games, averaging 16.5 minutes per game as one of the top players off the bench ... averaged 4.0 points and 3.1 rebounds ... shot 45.1 percent from the field and 70.7 percent at the free-throw line ... had an assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.4, recording 55 assists and just 23 turnovers ... finished with 27 steals, recording three or more takeaways in four games.

SG: Lindell Wigginton (6'2'' 185 - FRESHMAN)
Attended prestigious Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia … the top-ranked player in Canada for the class of 2017 according to Hoops Hype Canada … four-star recruit by 247sports, ESPN.com, Rivals and Scout … at No. 31, he’s the second-ranked composite recruit (ESPN, 247sports, Rivals, Scout) of the internet rankings era in school history according to 247sports, behind only Craig Brackins … consensus top-50 recruit

PF: Solomon Young (6'8'' 240 Sophomore)
Played in 30 games, making 12 starts ... broke into starting lineup on Feb. 11 and helped ISU go 10-2 with him as a starter ... averaged 4.4 points and 3.3 rebounds ... scored in double figures four times ... posted an 18-point, 12-rebound double-double at Kansas State ... hit 8-of-10 field goals against the Wildcats ... missed four games early in the season while recovering from a broken bone in his right hand ... scored 12 points against The Citadel ... had nine points, nine rebounds a career-best four blocks against TCU in the Big 12 Championship semifinals.

PF: Jeff Beverly (6'6'' 250 Senior)
Led UTSA averaging 15.8 points while playing as a walk on for the Roadrunners … played and started all 33 games … also averaged 5.9 rebounds … shot 75.3 percent from the free-throw line, averaging 5.4 trips to the charity stripe per game … scored in double figures in 28 games and posted one double-double … tallied a career-high 32 points against UAB, hitting 11-of-13 free throws … also had 29 points against Florida Atlantic and 27 at Louisiana Tech

Not a lot of size, and leadership is going to be an issue. Will be interesting to see if they hit the wall like we did last year.

Agreed... this is going to be the weirdest ISU team we have seen in awhile. I really can't imagine them being all that good unless these guys waiting in the wings all turn out legit.
