Blake's got a great sense of humor and he's an All Star. He'll be an endorsement machine. I can see him being basketball's version of Peyton Manning; at least the Manning from a few years ago when it seemed like he was on every commercial.

I can't think of anyone on earth more deserving of the fame he's received than Blake - and when he's in these spots his good nature just emanates across whatever media is used. I'd say he is by far the best spokesman/example OU has ever produced.

The difference between Wayman and Blake is the era in which they played and perhaps the fact that Wayman was never labeled an NBA 'superstar'.
Were there as many endorsement opportunities when Wayman played? Also, for better or worse, our society today is more 'media' saturated than it was 20 years ago. But there is no doubt that Wayman's personality would appeal to the public as well as Blake's does.
