Wonder if there is still any mutual interest between OU and him

He didn't seem to do much this year. I know he was hurt for at least one of OU's games against them

Dad will probably get an offer to be an assistant at osu.

I’m not getting excited. I’d like to but heavily betting on one of the other two state schools

Is the 'lose a year of eligibility if you transfer within conference' no longer in effect?

Kid must be homesick or have an illness in the family. No other reason to go to Tulsa over several power 5 schools that would love to have him.

That seems a very odd move to me. Why is he aiming so low? Has his confidence taken a hit?

As rickjames said, perhaps it's related to a family matter.

Nice! Bigabd and I will be happy.

Although, if he was going to transfer to a school like that, I wouldn't have minded him ending up at Houston either.

Maybe all 4 state schools can make the NCAA Tourney next year.

Heck ya!

Tulsa is killing the transfer market this year.

Bryce Thompson from KU
Jeriah Horne from Colorado
Sam Griffin from UT-Arlington

If the season started today:

PG: Darien Jackson --- 6'3'' 190 --- AAC 6th Man of the Year last year.. Averaged 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.

SG: Bryce Thompson --- 6'5'' 195--- (Transfer from KU - McDonalds All-American)

SG: Sam Griffin ---- 6'3'' 180---- (Transfer from UTA --- Averaged 13.3 ppg on 40% 3pt shooting last year)

PF: Jeriah Horne - 6'7'' 225 (Transfer from CU - Averaged 11 and 6 for CU last season)

PF: Rey Idowu - 6'9'' 245 --- Averaged 8 points and 4 rebounds per game for TU last year.

They've signed a really nice high school class as well.
