I loved Kelvin Sampson. I would argue he will be remembered as one of the best coaches in Big 12 history. It's a shame he couldn't recruit the type of talent to beat Roy Williams and/or Bill Self more to solidify the argument.

However, the Kelvin ship has sailed. He isn't coming back and I don't think our admin would want him back.

I'd love to have Kellen at some point, though. I bet he's going to be a whale of a coach when he gets a chance.

Including winning 4 out of the last 7. I think Kelvin WAS getting the kind of talent to beat KU half the time, starting with his Hollis Price teams. Too bad he didn't stick around longer to find out.
