He's more suited to be a backup than a starter. I still remember the white kid in the first exhibition game abusing him. He's too slow on D and too many turnovers on O.

Huuuum! Makes me wonder how many guards you have seen in your time as a basketball fan? Carl is not even the worst guard to play at OU in the last three years. I could easily name two or three if proving my point was all that important.

Carl does a number of things well at the point. Handling the ball and being able to stay in front his man defensively are not among them. If he doesn't improve dramatically in those two areas duing the off season, I would prefer to see him as a back up next year.

Speaking in baseball terms, Blair is what you call a AAAA player. He's really good in AAA but just can't get cut it in the majors. It's one of those mystery wrapped in an enigma things.
