He reminds me of a Pete Carroll or Bill Belichick. He would win the second time around in the NBA. I could see him looking at that option, too. As a competitor, I'm sure there is a part of him that would want to prove he could do it. However, it would take a GM with onions to try to sell that, especially with Kruger in his 60s. And, chances are, that GM doesn't exist.
At the college level, if I am an AD at a huge school and need to save my basketball program, I throw $$$ at this guy. HE IS THE BEST EVER to turn programs around. That would make the AD look like a genius. Just ask Joe C.
