When a kid's immediate family member is sick they should be allowed to transfer without any penalties. I wouldn't look for the hypocritical college Presidents to implement this rule anytime soon but ti should certainly be the rule.

Pretty sure a lot of kids transfer penalty free b/c of sick parents every year. It isn't "automatic", but the waiver is granted fairly frequently.

I am forever greatful for the opportunity Coach Ford and the OSU staff gave me.Greatful for the amount of work they put in.From the Wisdom to Knowledge and Yes even the Lectures.Incredible rewards that have somehow shaped me.As for my teammates,if being gifted is having others wish to have,then I can see why others wish to have what I had with you guys.
