Headed back to LA for personal reasons.

Pretty smooth move to get a free trip to Spain first.

BTW, when will the APR start taking away Travis' scholarships?

That guy is terrible at picking guys that will stick around.

If he's in good standing academically does it still count against APR?

It'd be a 1 out of 2 point loss if he leaves eligible and enrolls in another college. (0-2 if he left with poor grades).

I'm sure OSU will spin this as a good thing. It probably doesn't hurt them with Clark though. :(

It's got to be very rough to have your mom seriously ill while you're in your late teens (I found it tough enough, and I was in my 50s). Here's wishing the best for Cesar, his mom and the family.

Amen and I hope he stays in school somewhere close to his Mom.

Heard his Mom is sick, hope she gets well soon.

When a kid's immediate family member is sick they should be allowed to transfer without any penalties. I wouldn't look for the hypocritical college Presidents to implement this rule anytime soon but ti should certainly be the rule.

Pretty sure a lot of kids transfer penalty free b/c of sick parents every year. It isn't "automatic", but the waiver is granted fairly frequently.

Waivers are granted every year for this.

He sounds really pissed.
