I expect C.J. to be more of a grinder, hit the boards, do the dirty work. 8 points and 8 rebounds game for him would be ideal. He doesn't need to be a star, just a guy who does his job and is steady. This team could use a constant guy like him in the post with the youth.
Thompson will be more offensive and versatile. Really get the impression he is going to do a lot of work in the high post. A good high low game between Fitz/CJ and him would be wonderful for this team. I also get the impression Nick is a good passer, so if he can step out and hit some jumpers he could really open the floor up for cutters from the guard spots. This is based on whoever is playing the post with him can be effective on the glass.

I see Fitz as playing the 5 this year. So, I just hope that one of them, or both of them, show the type of size and athletisim to guard the 4 in man to man. We didn't have anyone that could last year and it killed us. Crocker gave a great effort at trying to but just didn't have the size (girth) to bang low. So, I just hope one of them turns out to be a decent defender at the 4.
If both can guard the 4, in man to man, then that will be a big bonus.
Offensively, I don't expect much out of either one of them. If we get anything, then again I think that is a bonus. Offensively, I would guess Fitz's numbers will go up and otherwise, we will be primarily a perimeter team. Cade and Bird will need to have good numbers and the other guys will need to pitch in.
To be honest, I don't have very high expectations for next year. Not down on Capel or the kids we have, just will be suprised if we turn it around by next year. I think our future is bright however and I would be suprised if Coach doesn't continue to find some top kids in the upcoming years.
