College basketball shot clock

I asked this question the other day. How many one and dones were there last year?

There were 7 in the first round last year I don't know the exact number of the total one and dones. There was 2 on our team.

35 seconds is way too long.

That's really the thing that bothers me most. College basketball doesn't necessarily need to adopt a 24 second clock, but it does need to be shortened to at least 30. If it were up to me, I'd go with 28 seconds which is a 20% reduction from the current shot clock.

I think the college game model is fine.

Shot clock is needed in high school, California does it right.

here is an article from the mid 90's blaming the lower shot clock (45-35 seconds) for worse shooting and the more defensive oriented coaching styles that most find unsightly. Not trying to make a point just found it interesting......
