College basketball shot clock

I asked this question the other day. How many one and dones were there last year?
There were 7 in the first round last year I don't know the exact number of the total one and dones. There was 2 on our team.
 
35 seconds is way too long.

That's really the thing that bothers me most. College basketball doesn't necessarily need to adopt a 24 second clock, but it does need to be shortened to at least 30. If it were up to me, I'd go with 28 seconds which is a 20% reduction from the current shot clock.
 
Changing it to 30 would be a little better.
 
I think the college game model is fine.

Shot clock is needed in high school, California does it right.
