UAB getting in is bizarre. The ACC sucked but VT only went 9-7, yes they beat Duke but they had bad losses in conference. VT should have been in before Clemson, Colorado should have been in before UAB or VCU.

VCU has as many at large bids as Capel at OU since he left and more than Anthony Grant at Bama since he left. Maybe coaches there should stay and know their role instead of aspiring for glorious failure in waters they can't swim in.

Burks and Higgins would have been great individual players to highlight during the tournament; I think the committee made a mistake in that respect. It's always good to have the stars to showcase.
