Controversies with Agents helping OU?

Over the last month or so, there has been controversy with agents and institutions like Florida, Bama, and now UNC. Doesn't this help OU with the Gallon situation? In my eyes, the Gallon situation is minor compared to what these guys did.
 
IMO, the worst punishment we will/would have received would be the loss of Tiny's amateur status and maybe forfeiture of games he played in.

Since he saw the writing on the wall, I think his decision to go pro was hugely beneficial to OU in regards to possible ncaa sanctions.

I could be very wrong, however, as the ncaa usually bringeth down the hammer on OU.
 
I am not sure that other programs violations will have any bearing on the results of an investigation of OU.
 
Urban Meyer and Saban continue to target agents. I know it's a way to deflect NCAA punishment, but I think it will help OU escape punishment.
