Do you think Ellenberg will be Big 12 all time leading Scorer.?
Right now she is at about 1,500 if she gets a 15 or 20 ball
Against Baylor. Griner is about to pass Andrea Riley who is the
Leader with 2,796 let's just round up that grinder will most likely
Finish the year with 3,000 points. Remind you we have about 15-20 more
Games left(including big12 tourney and NCAA) and Ellenberg still has another year left to play. I think it can Happen.

I would love to see that happen but I am voting no just because of how difficult it is to become #1 in any sport to hold the top record of all time.

After her sophomore year, she needed 1702 points to break Riley's record. That equates to an average of about 24.3 PPG if Oklahoma plays 35 games each year, which is what they averaged her first two years.

Now factor in Griner is about 40 points away from breaking Riley's record. 3,000 is very possible for her. For AE to break the 3K point barrier, she would have to average 27PPG her Jr AND Sr year.

If she stays on pace with her 18.9PPG from this year, she will end with just over 700 points this year. That puts her almost 1,000 behind Riley and 1,200 behind Griner at 3K. It would take a very, very special Sr year for her to reach those two (at least 28PPG).

It really takes a stellar freshman year, in my opinion, to accomplish such a feat. I don't feel Aaryn had that in order to finish first, but she will likely go down as one of the more prolific scorers in the Big 12.

No. I don't think she will be able to be consistent enough to avg. that many points a game. She also would need to avg. 20 to 25 shots a game. Currently she only gets about 14 to 15 a game and at 46% shooting that translates to 7 makes a game. With basically half her shots three's that gives her about 15 points with 3 free throws. Next year I think Aaryn will be a more complete player, but with Maddie, Morgan, and the Nicoles coming back, Kay-Kay a solid 4, the shots will be more distributed. I don't see Aaryn averaging much more than she is now. I hope she could do it though.

Not a chance! Ellenberg is a streaky shooter and to pass BG she will have to be on fire every game.

Next time you are up in the middle of the night with nothing to do why don't you call Mulkey and you all can discuss basketball ethics.
