the more money these guys make the more appropriate it is to have in season firings ..I do. I think there is a line to draw when it comes to in-season firing. Plus, there is a new boss in town. Forget the occupation for a moment. Anytime one considers a job change, the person you will ultimately work for is part of the decision-making process. Most people would rather not work for someone who is easy to replace employees if something doesn't go right (since we all make mistakes). No one will blame OU for firing Moser at seasons end. But if your potential new boss is firing during the season when the team is still at least "trying" to win, is that someone they will want to work for? I realize several other factors are considered in changing jobs, but the person you are going to work for is pretty high on the priority list.
