Re: Not the First game, but a month into the season
According to the Duke website the Sooners will be hosting Duke on Sunday Dec 8th.
Duke will return home to face Purdue in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Thursday, Dec. 5 and then will hit the road for Oklahoma on Sunday, Dec. 8. The trip will take senior Richa Jackson home as she is from Midwest City, Okla.
“It is a real honor and privilege to take senior Richa home to Oklahoma,” said McCallie. “After all that has taken place in that great state and after all that they have been through during the most horrific tornado I have seen covered. It is an honor for us to come to Oklahoma, bring Richa home and to give people in the community an opportunity to support her.”

Thanks for the post, that is an excellent opponent for us early in the season, along with the pre-WNIT. Sherri is still putting together a strong schedule.
If the seedings hold true to form, we will be playing Stetson, Wichita State, Gonzaga in the semifinals and Louisville in the finals. It looks like OU and Gonzaga are the top 2 seeds in one brackey and Louisville and LSU in the other side. Looks like a good WNIT.
