Agree, the timeout would have been even worse, but like you said, once you have decided you’re not going to snap it, there is zero downside to trying to draw them offsides.
 
You don't have to throw long bomb. Mix short passes and let your receiver become running back.
 
Hey a variety of the screen! Instead of throwing it to the perimeter and having a receiver try to block, we ran the tunnel screen and didn’t involve another WR in the blocking.
 
It speaks to how bad our offense is that when our defense gets a 17 yard loss, it feels like a missed opportunity that we didn’t get a scoop and score lol.
 
Damn their backup quarterback just made the play of the game. Wish we had someone capable of making that throw.
 
Great play by Halton, but too much prevent D on third and forever got them back in FG range. It's up to the offense. All I can say is no team should ever lose a game when the opposition punts EIGHT times.
 
Ok call another quarterback run on first play of the game and get this game out of reach.
