Generally the officials are hired by conference. Worked with a guy who was under a big 10 contract to ref college basketball. He could not ref any other d1 conference once conference season started.


He came to Oklahoma for a conference and called Billy Donovan when he was the coach of thunder and got tickets behind the bench. Worked
