I'm definitely more old school. I think you continue bringing him off the bench but playing heavy minutes. For me, I feel like that keeps the kid down to earth more than just giving him the keys.

agreed . and as long as he stays engaged .. that is great .... every thing he has said he wants to be coached hard .. (as most good players do)
