Great Finish

This team closed strong compared to last years fade out. In a conference where every game had been close we closed the season with double digit wins.
Hopefully we can continue to be strong through the post seasonOour biggest problem will be lack of an inside game. It will just take one cold game like Tech to do us in.

Last years's older guys - minus Ro - just seemed happy to have a chance to play in the Tourney. Then, the lights got bright and they faded.

New culture with these younger guys. Also, love where the bye week was a couple weeks ago and that the team has played its best basketball since.

New culture with these younger guys. Also, love where the bye week was a couple weeks ago and that the team has played its best basketball since.

The guys who faded last season were not nearly as tough mentally or physically as this year's team. Even the returning players from last year are tougher now.

This group of kids doesn't know the meaning of the word quit. Despite the odds, they always think they have a chance to come out on top (see the win over Seton Hall in the last 41 seconds).

That's one of the things I love about this team. They may not play well for the entire 40 minutes. But it would be a mistake to count them out in any game.
