Had no idea Khris Middleton out of A&M would be such a good pro

6'7'' 235 wing player averaging 18.4 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists for the Bucks.... 24 years old, 40% 3pt shooter, and will on occasion go off for 30+... I remember him at Texas A&M, and didnt even think he would play pro basketball... He averaged 14 points per game at A&M, and was the 39th pick in the draft.

Stuff like this makes you wonder why the NBA doesn't invest in a real minor league system. They are making billions a year in revenue, and yet can't pay a competitve salary to get developmental prospects in the d league. Guys can and do get better, but most of them will never get a shot because the NBA is so myopic in terms of getting guys shots in the league.
