....(and 2 exhibitions) how does everyone see the balance of the season playing out?

I think we'll finish non-conference play at 10-2, go 9-9 in conference regular season, and 1-1 in the conference tournament to finish 20-12.

Follow-up question....if the above scenario plays out, is that good enough to get to the dance?

Depends on who we beat...would have rather beat Gonzaga and lost to Davidson. Selection committee pays more attention to quality wins over losses to solid mid majors.

Yes because it would go down as a bad loss. Gonzaga was not a bad loss because they are top 15.

Depends on what Ohio does the rest of the season...if they are MAC champs in the reg season and get the auto bid from the tournament, may not be that bad.

Gonzaga is a top 10 team this year, that would have been a HUGE win.

Ohio probably should be ranked. They were a sweet sixteen team last year and they didn't lose any players.

Still too early to say. We need our guys to keep improving. Injuries could play a role. I think we all expect to end up pretty close to where the OP pegged us though.

I agree that it depends on who the wins are against and our RPI and SOS. I think we probably need to be 10-8 and have 21 wins to get in. Have to at least be in top 6 in conference. After this weekend conference to a hit on strength. Hopefully it bounces back and is a top 3 conference.

RPI is becoming more and more an irrelevant statistic for the committee.

Before the season I picked us to go 20-12in regular season.Coming out of OSC 2-1 puts us +1 in my mind as I had us going 1-2 in OSC.
