Hield visiting OU for the Mizzou game

Right now he is one of two official visits they have coming in that weekend. OU feels very good about Hield. Kansas has just started recruiting him, but it may be too late.

Bossi said that Manning and Self were there to evaluate him recently.

Just watched the Hield videos and came away VERY impressed! He's super athletic. I really like his sweet stroke from deep and the soft touch he has in close. His release is a little too low, but his stroke and the way he spins the ball off of his finger tips on a consistent basis is pure gold.

Count me among those who would love to see this kid in an OU uniform!

I don't know if I would call him "super athletic" but he does seem to have great upside. He's got an excellent build for this level. Can't wait to see what he plays like once he gets college conditioning. I'm a little concern with the low release point but still hope we land him.
