Huggins feeling the heat

I was watching Huggins on the sideline last night. He appeared to be down, defeated, no longer engaged or interested in coaching his team. I have never seen him like that before.

I hope I’m wrong, but I think there might be a reason to be concerned about his health.

OU's win in Morgantown was WVU's fourth loss in a row, and Bob Huggins heard enough complaints from the fan base that he issued an apology (and implied that he might show some players the door).

From the article:

The Mountaineers have a quick turnaround with a road trip to face the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday. Arkansas is currently 15-5 overall, 11-2 at home and 5-3 in the SEC.

I could swear that people on here had posted that Arkansas sucked and our win over them was meaningless. When I read that, I thought it meant that Arkansas had only won half of their games. ;)

No one said that, but I was certainly one who posted that the win wasn’t going to help as much as some might hope. Arkansas is on a five-game winning streak that has brought them back into the top 50, but as of two or three weeks ago, they were far lower. They have been incredibly streaky all season, and I won’t be shocked if they have another bad stretch. A neutral site win over a top 50 team is a Quad 1 win, so it would be helpful if they can stick there.

He looks terrible. But I bet it doesn't help that Kentucky swiped one of his best players mid-season last year.
