Identical Courts

Is this the first year that each NCAA tournament venue has had identical basketball courts or is it just the first year I have noticed it?

i'm not a fan. i like being able to tell the sites apart. each city used to have it's own little flair that you could distinguish great moments from.

I guess it's all about the brand and the NCAA doesn't want another brand on the court during the tournament.
