We all liked it earlier this year when Sherri benched Goiya and Kay-Kay for playing stupidly.
I think most of us wouldn't mind Sherri sending that kind of message again, even stronger than earlier this time.
TCU game:
Bench Sharane, Goiya and Kay-Kay and tell them, pull your head out and play great or sit on the bench.
Go 2 bigs. Start Vivi and Maddi or Treece off the bench. We've got TCU inside no matter who plays.
And here's a radical thought if you want to stay in the 4-guard and a small line up (it does diminish our rebounding though) Ortiz to the two Edwards or LaNeshia at the point (better quickness and driving), Peyton to the 3 and Maddie to the 4. I don't know if I like that, but it sure as heck would shake some people the heck up.
Let me say, that I am NOT recommending that, although I do think it would make things interesting. We lose some things (maybe too much) and we gain some things (better rebounding, better outside shooting, better quickness at the point).
