Would you have signed James Woodard and DeAndre Wright instead of Cousins and Bennett? I say yes! Woodard is Tulsa's best scorer and rebounder as a freshman and Wright would appear to have more potential than Bennett.

Too early to tell at this point. I like Woodard and Wright. I think Cousins has some good potential. Heard good things about Bennett.

I don't think this Woodard is OU caliber. He is getting his "averages" on volume. I could average 10ppg at TU if given enough shots. He isn't scoring it very well, and the few times I've seen him, I wasn't overly impressed.

Wright on the other hand, has impressed. No reason to look back and second guess at this point though. They don't play for OU, and probably won't ever play for OU. We have a good group of players, and some solid ones coming in.

While I'd agree his percentages aren't great, Woodard's are better then Cousins with many more attempts. He seems to have a less fragile psyche as well...

He's not playing against Big 12 competition. And he doesn't have the same amount of talent around him to compete for points.

Woodard and Wright also don't play the same level of competition OU does which would inflate the numbers.
